 1. Five email addresses
| The Wooza Shop package comes with 5 email addresses which can be created and managed via your cpanel. Email accounts come with spam filtering which can be switched on or off via your cpanel as well as instructions on how to setup the accounts in your mail client. You also get access to your email accounts via your very own Webmail facility! The number of email accounts you have can be increased upon request. |
2. Mass Mail and Newsletters
| Create your own newsletters from the administrator backend as well as mass mail existing customers on your site. Have a special or want to let your customers know about some interesting news? Mass mail and newsletters will help you achieve this. |
3. Search Engine Friendly URLs
| Our Wooza Shop package comes with standard Search Engine Friendly (SEF) URLs. These allow search engines, such as Google, to easily categorise your pages and direct searches to your site more accurately. |
4. Menu Management
Access the menus on your site and create, edit or delete links to your site. Menu items are generated by creating a link to a component item such as an article or one of the various features on your site, such as the blog, testimonials, contact form(s) etc. |
5. Customer Testimonials
| Create customer testimonials and post them on your site. Testimonials can include a description, image, URL, email address and date created. You can also get customer's to register their testimonials automatically and choose whether to publish these or not. |
6. Create A Blog
| You can create your very own simple blog on your site and provide article links to your clients or followers by posting on Facebook or Twitter. |
7. Manage Site Content
| Site content can be managed through the article administration section. You can create and edit as many articles as you like and generate links to these articles via your site menus. Content is edited through a What You See is What You Get (WYSIWYG) text editor which is very similar to common word editors like Microsoft Word. You can also edit the code directly in HTML if need be. |
8. Shop Administration
As a shop administrator you will have access to manage all your shop features such as creating/editing products, managing orders, running reports, creating/editing shipping rates, managing payment gateways, managing your users and more. You also have the ability to create unlimited products and run an affiliate program. |
9. Managed Server and Analytics
Hosting, domain registration, bandwidth and servers are managed by our Wooza Support team for you! You don't have to worry about reaching your bandwidth cap, server down time or network issues affecting connectivity because we do this for you and we are always available to assist! All you need to worry about is marketing your online shop, creating products, placing orders and ensuring your customers receive their packages on time!
We will also provide you with weekly scheduled reports from Google Analytics which provide detailed analayses of your website visitors and visited pages. |
10. Wooza Shop Pre-Loaded Content
| The Wooza Shop package comes with various pre-loaded policies generated from standard online shop policies and customised to the South African market. These include a Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, How to Buy explanation and How to Setup your Shop explanation. |
11. Accept Online Payments
| The Wooza Shop allows you to accept online payments from many third party vendors such as Monsterpay, Payfast, Paypal, 2Checkout, VCS, MyGate as well as normal Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and more! Your shop will come with the built in software to allow you to easily connect with most payment gateways and super merchants. Wooza will not take a cut of any payment you receive. |
