We undertake to protect the confidentiality of our Clients and users including all personal information supplied in the course of contracting with us for services. Wooza will not enter into a service subscription contract with a minor unless such minor has explicit written consent from a parent or guardian to do so. Wooza undertakes not to contact minors about promotional offers or for marketing purposes without a parental consent.

6.1 Personal Information may only be used or disclosed for the purpose for which it was collected unless you have otherwise consented, or when it is required or permitted by law.

6.3 We may disclose your personal information to any member of our group of companies (this means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and all its subsidiaries) insofar as reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in this policy.
