How do Wooza's packages work?

How do I sign-up?

Sign-up is automatics once you order one of our packages:

1. Complete the checkout procedure here;
2. Pay for the selected package with your credit card, EFT or cash deposit; and
3. Receive your login details and begin working on your site!

What do I do once I have an account?

Once you have an account, you will need to begin creating your site and/or setting up your email accounts. Once you have received your account details, you can login to the Wooza iWeb site builder through the www.wooza.co.za website.

Emails can be setup in any mail client such as Outlook, Outlook Express or Thunderbird. Alternatively, you can access your mail online. The link to your webmail would be: www.yourdomain.co.za/webmail

Your Wooza Shop will take between 24 to 48 hours to be activated. A separate login and web address is provided to login to the admin section of the shop and you will be provided with a user manual for the shop.

I have an existing domain that I want to use with a Wooza package. Is this possible?

Yes. Wooza will also assist in transferring your existing domain to our servers at no cost. Your domain needs to be registered on our servers to ensure we can host your site as well as manage any technical queries more effectively. A registered domain will always remain your property. Certain domains may require you to purchase more than a single month of one of our packages to cover the initial cost of that domain.

I have built my site. Now what?

Once you have created your site you will need to begin advertising and building traffic to the site as well as optimize the site for search engines and web traffic. The Wooza iWeb site builder comes built in with several tools to assist you in doing this. Two of these tools or addons are critical and should be added to your site as soon as possible:

1. SEO optimization addon; and
2. Google Analytics addon.

What kind of support will I receive?

Sounds too good to be true...

Yes we know! Believe me, we have been there. Limitations on the number of pages you get, hosting not included, domain registration an extra, support provided between 9am and 9:30 am... These are all issues we have had to face ourselves (or at least we know somone who had to face these issues). However, there are many internet based companies out there who we look up too because of the service they provide to their customers and these are the the service principles we hold most dear! How can I make money using Wooza products?

We're glad you asked! Our goal with Wooza and the products we offer is to provide you with the ability to make money using web technology and software. We provide the technical skills, you provide the passion! There are several key ways you can make money using our products:

1. Create a website to generate online traffic to your real world store. See Wooza iWeb for more details.
2. Create an online shop and sell your products online. Our Wooza Shop package is currently being upgraded and will be available shortly.
3. Resell our Wooza packages on a commission basis (we provide you with a unique voucher code to give to clients which will show up on a sale). Once the sale is complete, we will pay a fixed fee per sale to you.
4. Resell our Wooza packages as an added value package. If you have an existing product you sell, we can provide a Wooza package to you to bundle with your product thus making your product more appealling. We also offer bulk purchase discounts.
5. Resell our Wooza packages and build web sites on behalf of our customers. Any additional services you provide the client can be billed separately or as a service fee, with the base product being one of our packages.
6. Re-use our dedictaed shortcode sms number, 37545. you can provide us with a keyword that you will market to your customers and we will then pay you based on smses received with this keyword. You can stand to make 30c per sms we receive!
